When will I receive my order?
Allow 7 to 15 business days in France, 8 to 18 business days in Europe, and 10 to 25 business days elsewhere. Our items are shipped directly by our partners, mainly from Asia. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Free in France, with no minimum purchase. Europe: €9.90, free on orders over €79. Rest of the world: €12.90.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, if you order several items, they may be shipped separately. Each package has its own tracking.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. All the steps are explained in our return policy.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Send us a photo and your order number at bencherifloumael@gmail.com: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, free of charge.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never have access to your bank details.
